The GTS maintains the core McLaren attributes of beautiful design, a class-leading power-to-weight ratio, and unparalleled driving dynamics. The visual enhancements on the GTS make it more assertive, building upon the elegant exterior lines of its predecessor, the GT. The front end features updated styling with a new lower front bumper section and pronounced air intakes, while the rear fenders showcase taller air scoops for improved airflow to the 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine.
Underpinning the GTS is the carbon fiber MonoCell II-T monocoque chassis, providing strength, lightweight construction, and the necessary rigidity for a mid-engine supercar. The car features a range of technological advancements, including a seven-speed SSG transmission, adaptive suspension with proactive damping control, and a powerful carbon ceramic braking system.
One of the standout features of the GTS is its practicality.
